
Justin Kickliter, Pharm.D.
Pharmacist
Justin grew up in Newport. He went to Newport Grammar School and graduated from Cocke County High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Carson-Newman University in 2003. He then went on to Mercer University College of Pharmacy in Atlanta, GA, where he completed his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program in 2007. While at Mercer, he also completed a specialty program in pharmacy ownership and management. He has been a pharmacist for 14 years and has managed pharmacies for the past 12 years. During his 6 years of pharmacy management at Food City Pharmacy in Newport, he won their Knoxville region ‘Pharmacist of the Year’ award twice. Being a business owner and healthcare provider, Justin understands the value of good customer service and healthcare maintenance. He looks forward to serving you and your family’s needs.
God has blessed Justin tremendously with a wonderful wife, Kristin, and five amazing children. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, singing praise and worship, playing guitar, attending his kids’ sporting events, weightlifting, photography, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

Jarrod Vick, Pharm.D., BCACP
Pharmacist
Jarrod grew up in Parrottsville, TN, and graduated from Cocke County High School in 2009. Jarrod earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science from East Tennessee State University. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from ETSU as well.
After completing his doctorate, Jarrod moved to Nashville to continue his education at the University of Tennessee, completing a PGY-1 community pharmacy residency program and earning a teaching certificate. Jarrod then decided to move back to his home town to fulfill his dream of taking care of the community that has taken care of him. Jarrod is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist and possesses a strong background in medication therapy management and disease state management and education. Jarrod also has experience in compounding, long term care, and point of care testing. Jarrod’s goals are to provide patient centered, evidence based medicine that helps empower patients to manage their conditions and live healthier lifestyles. In his spare time, Jarrod enjoys spending time with his wife Kate, traveling, working out, and watching sports.

Christina Clevenger, CPhT, CCMA
Pharmacy Manager
Christina (a.k.a. Red) has been a certified pharmacy technician for over 19 years. She is also a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. Her goal is to always provide excellent customer service and care to her patients. She has been married for 17 years and has two handsome boys. Some of her hobbies include, spending quality time with family and friends, hiking, kayaking, loving animals, and loving God.

Rebecca Trent, CPHT, CCMA
Assistant Manager / Compounding Specialist
Rebecca grew up in a small town outside of Morristown, TN. She has been a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant for 9 years and a Pharmacy Technician for 6 years. She enjoys being able to help patients in anyway possible and making a difference in their pharmacy experience. When Rebecca isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and dogs, being outdoors and sports. She loves cheering on her two favorite teams, the Tennessee Volunteers and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Sonja Rutherford, CPhT
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Sonja was born in West Virginia but raised and lives in Morristown. She has been a certified technician for 13 years and is currently in her second year of pharmacy school at South College School of Pharmacy. She has two daughters that keep her busy. She loves dogs and spending time outdoors, hiking and enjoying God’s masterpiece. Her hobbies are playing video games and rooting for her Kentucky Wildcats. She loves getting to know her patients personally and being a helping hand.

Valerie Buckner, CPhT
Dose-Packaging Specialist
Valerie (Val) has been a certified technician for 15 years. She loves doing Medicine On Time (MOT) dose packaging and helping her patients be more compliant and independent. She feels building a strong personal relationship with her patients helps her to do what is best for them. She is a native of Newport, where she lives with her 3 kids and 2 cats, 2 dogs, guinea pig, and rabbit. In her spare time she enjoys cheering on her kids at whatever sport they are into at the time, as well as cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels and TN Vols. Spending time with family and friends is what she enjoys most.

Jessica Reed, CPHT

Jessica is a hometown girl that grew up in Parrottsville. She graduated from Cocke County High School in 2002 and received her Technical
Certificate in the Pharmacy Technician program at Walter State Community College in 2004. She has been a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 17 years. She strives to have a good connection with her patients, so that she can help make sure they are getting the best care available. Jessica has been married for 17 years, and they have 1 daughter. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and watching sports.

LeAnn Aldridge, CPHT
Certified Pharmacy Technician
LeAnn was born in Florida but raised in Western North Carolina. She recently moved to Hartford, TN from Swannanoa, NC, where she worked at a small independent pharmacy for the last 5 years. She became a Certified Pharmacy Technician back in March of 2019, and she is passionate about building personal relationships with her customers and taking care of their needs. God has blessed her with a wonderful husband of 13 years. Together they have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the cows next door, going to the drive-in movies, 4 wheeling and spending time with her grandbabies.

Ashtyn Keller
Pharmacy Technician
Ashtyn was born and raised in Jefferson City. She is currently in her first year of pharmacy school at the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. She has been a pharmacy technician for 4 years and loves to help all our patients in any way she can. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors or going to Neyland Stadium to cheer on the Vols.

Jessica (Jess) was born and raised here in Cocke County. She always has a smile on her face and strives to give her customers the best service possible. She enjoys spending time with family and her two dogs, Lucy and Peanut.

Brittany Stephenson
Brittany was born in Tennessee and grew up in Virginia. Getting to raise her babies means everything to her! She’s a believer in God and loves doing anything outdoors or that involves four wheelers. She loves watching sports and turns to music when she needs “me time”. She also loves dancing, laughing, and trying new foods. Hot weather with a mix of water and sand gives her a sense of comfort. She knows that our pharmacy is one, big family, and she encourages you to come join ours.

Casey Webb
Casey was born and raised in Newport. She attended Parrottsville Elementary and graduated from Cocke County High School. God has blessed Casey with a wonderful husband, and together, they have four loving boys. Some of her hobbies include watching her boys play baseball, working outdoors, loving on her animals, and spending time with family. Casey wants to build a great experience and provide the best customer service to all her patients.

Samantha Kyker
Samantha was born in Newport and raised in White Pine. She attended Newport Grammar School and graduated from Cocke County High School. Samantha has been blessed with two healthy children. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her children, feeding cows, and going fishing. Samantha wants to give her customers the best and friendliest experience possible.

Macy Lane
Macy was born and raised here in Cocke County and is a graduate of Cosby High School. She has two children, and in her spare time, she loves spending time with her family. She is always happy to serve her patients.
